Terms of Use

The terms that apply to using the CountlinkX Solutions website, and the limits of what this site is.

What this site is

This site is published by CountlinkX Solutions LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Florida, United States on 31 March 2025, at 2385 Naples Trace Cir, Unit 7, Naples, FL 34109.

It exists to describe what we do and to let you start a conversation with us. It has no accounts, no payments, and no way to submit content beyond the contact form. Using it means you accept the terms below.

What the content is, and is not

The service, industry, and engineering pages describe our capabilities and our technical opinions. They are written to be specific, and we would rather be specific and occasionally wrong than vague and unfalsifiable.

None of it is professional advice for your situation, and none of it is an offer or a commitment to deliver anything. Work we do for a client is governed by a signed agreement between us and that client, never by a page on this site. Where a page names benchmarks or measurements, they describe the conditions stated alongside them and are not a performance guarantee for any other environment.

Sending us a message

The contact form is for genuine enquiries. Do not use it to send unlawful content, malware, or bulk unsolicited messages, and do not attempt to disrupt the site or reach parts of it that are not published.

Anything you send us stays yours. By sending it, you allow us to read it, store it, and reply to it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us confidential material before we have a confidentiality agreement in place — a contact form is not a secure channel.

Our material and yours

The text, design, and code of this site belong to CountlinkX Solutions LLC, except where a page says otherwise. Our open-source libraries are published under their own licences on Hex and npm, and those licences govern them, not this page.

You may read, quote, and link to this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

We link to external sites, including package registries and our own repositories. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Availability and liability

We make no promise that this site will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, CountlinkX Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it, or from relying on anything published here.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them belongs to the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may revise this page. The date at the top records when it last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
