CountlinkX Solutions LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Florida, United States, on 31 March 2025. Our address is 2385 Naples Trace Cir, Unit 7, Naples, FL 34109, United States.

What this site collects
This site is informational. It has no accounts, no payments, and no user-generated content. There are exactly two ways it processes data about you.
When you send us a message. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company name, and your message. We use that information for one purpose: to read what you sent and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside the processors named below.
The form also contains a hidden field that a person never sees or fills. Only automated submitters complete it, and any submission that does is rejected without being stored.
When you visit a page. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are read. It does not set cookies. It identifies a visit using a hash derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and reports aggregated page views that are not tied to your IP address or to you as an individual.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics sets none either. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who else processes your data
We keep this list short on purpose, and it is complete.
- Vercel Inc. hosts this site and provides the analytics described above. Requests to the site necessarily pass through their infrastructure.
- Resend delivers the messages sent through the contact form to our inbox.
Both are located in the United States. We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing tools.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for 24 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them. The clock runs from the last message either of us sent, so an ongoing conversation never expires; it starts only once one goes quiet. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask and we will. Analytics data is aggregated and is not linked to you, so there is nothing individual to delete.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@countlinkx.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our lawful basis for handling a message you send us is our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry we did not solicit. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We have never sold or shared personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
International transfers
We operate from the United States and our processors are United States companies. If you write to us from outside the United States, your message is transferred there.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles data, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
